A Portal for Training, Support, and Information
Community in the Cloud™ is ITNAmerica’s online learning and support center for community-based transportation programs. This platform serves as a central portal for accessing guidance, training, and practical tools for managing and improving volunteer-based transportation services.
Resources in the Community in the Cloud include online courses, budget guidance, templates, sample documents, and best practices shared across ITNAmerica’s national network—so no program has to start from scratch. Materials cover a range of topics, from program planning and operations to volunteer recruitment and engagement, data management, and community outreach.
Basic access to the platform is free and open to any nonprofit or government-affiliated transportation provider. Many practical courses are available to the general public. Full access, including ITNAmerica’s complete library of training modules and internal resources, is available to ITNCountry and ITN Affiliate communities.
