When you volunteer to drive, you’re doing more than giving someone a ride—you’re helping them stay connected to their community and maintain their independence. Most volunteers say they “get” more than they give. The rides are filled with good conversation, and over time, meaningful friendships take shape. Even a few hours a month can make a real difference.
