Tools designed for nonprofits, shaped by experience, and built for impact.
At ITNAmerica, technology supports the people and communities who make mobility safe, reliable, and accessible for older adults and people with mobility challenges. The right tools can empower communities to build sustainable transportation solutions, strengthen volunteer networks, and deliver better service to those who need it most. The systems ITNAmerica helps communities build are designed not just to move people, but to connect communities and expand opportunity.
Through a collaborative, user-centered design process that draws on the lived experience of community transportation providers, riders, volunteer drivers, and caregivers ITNAmerica’s team ensures tools are practical, adaptable, and responsive to real-world needs—helping nonprofit providers address the unique challenges of delivering rides, managing volunteers, and sustaining mobility for vulnerable populations.

Our Technology Pillars
ITNAmerica’s work is supported by four core technology platforms that strengthen community-based transportation across the country:
Enterprise-grade software built on Salesforce to manage scheduling, routing, volunteer coordination, finance, and community engagement. ITNRides includes a 178-field transportation research database and uses routing algorithms donated by Esri.
The largest searchable online database and toll-free hotline of transportation providers for older adults and people with mobility challenges. Rides in Sight features more than 10,000 providers and is recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as the most comprehensive resource of its kind.
America’s Volunteer Driver Center
A national online platform to grow the supply of volunteer drivers and connect them with local nonprofit transportation providers. AVDC is the hub for the public information campaign to raise awareness and build engagement across the country.
An online learning and support center for nonprofit transportation providers. Offers access to online courses, training modules, customizable templates, and shared best practices to help communities plan and manage volunteer transportation services more effectively.
