New Age Friendly Services from ITNCentralCT
At ITNCentralCT, our mission is to help older adults live with dignity, independence, and connection. Now, we’re excited to expand our offerings beyond transportation with Age Friendly Services—a new suite of practical, people-powered services designed to help older adults thrive at home.
Age Friendly Services include:
- Home Support – light housekeeping, home or outdoor maintenance, tech help, even dog walking
- Connection & Companionship – check-in calls, chaperoned rides, friendly visits
- Errand Assistance – grocery and prescription pickup/delivery
- Support for Supporters – transportation for volunteers, home health aides and caregivers
These services are coordinated through the ITNCentralCT team and delivered by trusted volunteers and community partners.
